Ciara Kelly Psychotherapy

Welcome. I am an integrative psychotherapist providing therapy in-person and online. I often see clients when their life feels in crisis. I provide a calm, non-judgemental space.
My approach is transpersonal, and this approach goes beyond the ego and looks to our higher self and our potential, where problems can serve as ways to instigate change, creating new possibilities and perspectives that can result in healing and transformation.
My main areas of work are eating disorders, anxiety and trauma. I draw upon various approaches including humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive and creative therapies. Depending on the presenting issue, I adapt my approach to your individual needs.
